Question 1

What does Camino cost?

Accepted Answer

Lumen is $97. Lexica is $197, after Lumen. Both together are $294. Coaching is $197 a session and optional. Every purchase is one time; there are no subscriptions.

Question 2

Do I need to finish Lumen before Lexica?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Lexica works from what you wrote in Lumen, and it opens when you finish.

Question 3

How long does a reflection take?

Accepted Answer

Most take ten to fifteen minutes of writing.

Question 4

What if I fall behind?

Accepted Answer

There is no schedule to fall behind, and you pick up where you left off. In the second program, if you have been away for two days, the companion sends a re-entry message drawn from what you have already written.

Question 5

What is the companion like?

Accepted Answer

It reads what you write and asks follow-up questions. It does not diagnose, advise or tell you what to do.

Question 6

Do I have to buy coaching?

Accepted Answer

No. Both programs are complete without it.

Question 7

Can I add coaching during Lumen?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Coaching is available in both Lumen and Lexica at $197 a session. In Lumen there is no recommended number.

Question 8

What happens in a coaching session?

Accepted Answer

Before the session your Camino Coach reads a briefing drawn from your program record, so you start from the words you have been working with. Every Camino Coach is a licensed provider.

Question 9

What happens across Lexica?

Accepted Answer

Lexica keeps a record of what you write across 21 reflections. The Close Document is built from that record.

Question 10

Is this therapy?

Accepted Answer

No. Camino is a structured reflection program, not clinical or emergency care. If you are at risk, call or text 988 in the United States, or call 911.

Question 11

Is my data private?

Accepted Answer

Your reflections are encrypted, never sold and never used for advertising. The Privacy Policy has the detail.

Question 12

What if I am not sure Camino is right for me?

Accepted Answer

The Approach page describes the shape of the work, and the Lumen and Lexica pages describe what each program does and who it is for. If you are still unsure, write to us. We read every email.

Question 13

Where do I begin?

Accepted Answer
