How do I reset my password?

Visit the reset password page and enter your email. You'll receive a secure link to create a new password.

Can I export my reflections?

Yes! Journey and Coach tiers include full export capabilities in .txt, .json, and .pdf formats. Visit your profile to download your data.

How is my data protected?

All reflections are encrypted in transit and at rest. We never share or sell your data. Read our Privacy Policy for details.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Visit your profile settings and click "Manage Billing" to access the Stripe customer portal where you can cancel anytime.

Do you offer refunds?

We handle refunds on a case-by-case basis within the first 14 days. Contact us at support@camino.app to discuss.

Is Camino a replacement for therapy?

No. Camino is a reflective tool designed for personal growth and self-awareness. It complements but does not replace professional therapy or medical advice.
